I begun cooking when I was 12 years old and have loved cooking and serving food ever since.

Even at a young age I used to experiment with many styles of cooking from different countries and made my own breads. So, it was natural when I immigrated to Israel 18 years ago, that I begun to learn Israeli cooking. Over the years tourists I have met have asked for recipes from either things I have made or that they have tried in a restaurant.

It is my pleasure to be able to present many of the popular recipes from Israel today in a format designed to encourage anyone to try and reproduce these dishes.
